Self Portrait
ISO: 100 / Shutter Speed: 1/60 / Aperture: 5.6
This is my self portrait of how I view myself. I wanted
to try incorporate my bright eyes, my freckles, and my
quirkiness. Also, with the graffiti background
I think it captures the artsy side of me. In this photo
the color of the green in the graffiti on the rock
helps to bring out the color of my eyes. I captured
my quirkiness by hanging upside down and with the really
messy bun on the top of my head. Another unique
aspect of this picture is the stray gray hair right in the
center of my hairline. One thing that I really like about the composition of this photo is how the shape of my bun and
the shape of the graffiti behind my head mimic each other.
The repetition of the green circle shape, the shape of my
bun, and the shape of my face all create unity.
