The objective of this assignment was to shoot pictures that would fit one of 4 magazines given to us by our professor Tamara. Since I am in Greece, I chose the magazing Condé Nast Traveler. I wanted to focus on the food aspect of the Traveler. There is this little hole in the wall restaurant call Gyro Stop that we probably spend too much of our money at. The gyros from there are delicious! Every time we walk in there the main worker (possibly the owner), Illia, helps us learn greek. He is so nice to us and gives us a discount every time we eat there. This restaurant isn't sugar coated on the outside. People don't choose to eat here because of the extravagant appearance. This is a place that the locals love to eat at because of the kind face of Illia and his fast, friendly, service.

Hey Syd V :) I know this assignment presented its own set of challenges for you but I want you to know how much I admire how hard you worked to get the best images you could. You are a rockstar, my friend :)
